RED DEER – Red Deer is hosting the U15 AA Alberta Female Hockey League (AFHL) Showcase this weekend, December 9-11.
The annual showcase consists of the 12 teams who make up the North and South Divisions of the U15 AA division.
On Friday morning, the puck drops on the Edmonton Pandas and Olds Grizzlys for the first game of the weekend. Games take place at the Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre, Servus Arena and the Collicutt Centre.
With an undefeated record through 11 games, the Edmonton Pandas lead the North Division, while the Calgary Fire Red have posted a record of 10-2 to lead the South Division.
Games will be livestreamed on HockeyTV throughout the weekend, with live scoring updated on u15femaleaa.ca.
